ORIGINAL ORDER: In order to have your cap and gown for Fall and Spring convocations and the commencement ceremony, you must place your order with the Queens University of Charlotte Student Store during the final exam period during your Junior year.
LATE ORDERS: If you do not place your cap and gown order during your Junior year, you will not have a cap and gown for the convocations. However, you may still have a cap and gown for the commencement ceremony by contacting the Student Store and placing a late order prior to April 1. Orders placed after April 1 will not be guaranteed a cap and gown for commencement. You will not be permitted to participate in the commencement ceremony without a cap and gown.
You may pick up your cap and gown beginning April 25 from the Student Store in Trexler Student Center (704 337-2413).

Based on the information you provide on this form (height, weight, gender), the Student Store will order your cap and gown.
